Sorry, no finishes this time!!

I have been stitching, but I've no finishes to show you.  So, here are some WIPs for you to see.  I stitched them during the International Hermit & Stitch Weekend.  The first is a "Festive Cheerkat" by Heritage Crafts.  I'm hoping to finish it for a friends 50th Birthday card.

The second, is a freebie "Popcorn" design from 'The World of Cross Stitching'.
This is going to be a card for a new baby.

I've been away last week on holiday in Norfolk.  And as usual, my camera was by my side, ready to take anything of interest.  So I want to share with you some of the hundreds that I took.

April Owl Finished

Welcome to all my new followers.  It's always a lovely surprise to see new faces, and extra special when I've only just got back from being away for a few days.

Well as promised, here is my Oak Haven April Owl finally finished.

Well, I've just been touring around Norfolk, and the place I've been staying at have mallard ducks with lots and lots of ducklings.  As usual, my camera was with me and here are just some of the photo's I took for you to look at.

Aren't they just so cute!

While I was away, I did do some stitching.  I've been doing a miniature "Celtic Knot" by Textile Heritage.  I've almost finished, I just need to do some backstitching and a few extra stitches.  Unfortunately, the lighting was not good and I could not stitch too long at night.  So watch this space for an update.
