Here is the finished "Forever Friends" Christmas Card I stitched for my daughter. I had some difficulty finding a card with a large enough aperture. So I had to cut the one I had. There was a couple of cuts showing, so I used stick on ribbon to hid it. I think it turned out not too bad. Anyway she loved it.

I found some lovely Blackwork Angels by Prairie Schooler and just had to stitch them.
And here are two that I have stitched so far.

I've made them into Christmas Tree Ornaments for my friend Janet who loves Angels.

Look what I woke up to this morning!! Snow!
As a child I always wished for snow on my birthday, but it did not happen many times.
But the snow today did not last very long, so I was able to go out and do some Christmas Shopping.
Not long now until Christmas! Are you ready!!
Until next time, Happy Stitching.

Beautiful stitching, love the ornaments.
I'd say your daughter's card is way more than not too bad! It's lovely! And pretty ornies too :)
I think that the ribbon finishes off the card. I have been admiring your Wessex stitchery on your header. For sometime I have been trying to source Gay Eaton's book in the UK without success. Amazon have a copy at £326!!!
The ribbon finishes your card nicely. Love the angels but you can keep the snow!
The card is beautiful. I love the Forever Friends designs, and the ribbon absolutely finishes the card off.
Your angels ornmaents are lovely and will look fabulous on any tree :o)
